Position: Sales Engineer for the Balkan Market
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Location: Prilep
Job Description:
Training for a period of 3 months is provided for this position. The training is interactive, with practical work in the area.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Continuous communication with existing customers
- Receiving requests for offers and orders from existing customers
- Making and issuing offers to customers
- Tracking of active orders according to the weekly delivery plan
- Customer support, technical and logistical
- Expanding the market and gaining new customers from the region
- Preparation of analysis reports for received complaints
- Internal communication with other sectors
- Active use and issuance of documents in ERP system
- Adherence and acting according to the procedures prescribed in the quality management standard ISO9001: 2015 and according to the environmental standard 14001: 2015
Background, Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree
- MS Office and Internet Research
- Teamwork
- Communication skills
- English language is not required, but is considered as an advantage
